- All your administrators, managers and wholesalers login into their own account.
- We use Google servers as our host. Our response times are almost instant. (Some of our clients create 50,000+ receipts and invoices a year. Their page processing times are negligible.)
- Our software is compatible with all major browsers (Firefox, Edge, Chrome and Safari).
- It is also compatible with almost all devices (Desktop, iPad, iPhone and Android phones). We have 35% traffic from cell phones!
Inventory Control
- Complete multi-warehouse inventory management.
- Physical inventory counts with adjustments. Make sure nothing is missing.
- Current and historical inventory value based on current or historical average cost.
- Transfer inventory from warehouse to warehouse. Every receipt or invoice creates a movement. The movements are used to calculate the inventory.
- Comprehensive inventory reports. Includes: on-order stock, reserved stock, remote stock, on-transit stock etc.
Users & Access

Profit & Loss
- We support several ways of looking at cost; the most important is calculated cost.
This is a running average cost since the item entered inventory. It is considered the most accurate system for real inventory values. - The cost is stored as of the time of the invoice receiving. This allows for incredible analytics of invoice cost of goods and profit margins.
- There are many built-in tools for profit and loss. Once you get a good command of this, it will completely change how you operate.
- Profit is calculated after invoiced expenses and your additional expenses.
- View profit reports such as: most profitable customers, least profitable items, profit margins this week to last week, etc.
Salesmen Commissions
- Associate your salesmen with different vendors.
- Manually set commissions on each invoice or auto-calculate when invoiced goods are shipped.
- Auto-calculated commissions is a percentage of profit. Profit is only calculated after both vendor and company expenses. They are created in a two layered system. For example: all profit on an invoice below $1000 is 0.5%. Everything above $1000 is 1.5%.
- Keep track of what is owed and paid. Salesmen also get a portal login and they can request payment based on due commission.
Customer Support
- We integrate with intercom.com for chat.
- We integrate with mailgun.com for bulk emails.
- In addition we have a ticket system. Both users and administrators can create tickets. Great for returns, shipping labels, etc.
- You rarely need to communicate with your vendors on the phone any more, except for sales of course. The support is great and enables you to accumulate vast numbers of vendors and customers.
Groups & Bulk Email
- Associate all users into live groups. For example: all users in New York with a balance.
- Then create an email template using variables for the user fields.
- Send in the background vast number of emails.
- Text, Email or Whatsapp directly through our system.
Security
- We take security very seriously.
- All data communications (JSON requests) are encrypted.
- We require SSL certificates (either your own or ours).
- You can turn on 2-Step Verification with SMS Text/Email for all new IPs.
- All logins are tracked.
- Our servers are hosted on Google. We try to implement every security technique available.

Integrated Payment
- All software payments must be done through the portal with ADMIN rights, under the PAY TO PLAY section.
- Choose modules and pay directly or send payment. Allow 24 hours to process.
- View payment history and expiration dates.
